ClearView Vehicle Inspections – Terms and Conditions

By scheduling and/or purchasing a vehicle inspection from ClearView Vehicle Inspections (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you (“Client,” “you”) agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. Scope of Services
ClearView Vehicle Inspections provides a non-invasive, visual and functional inspection of a vehicle at the time and location specified.
No disassembly of components will be performed
Inspection is limited to accessible areas only
Findings are based on conditions observed at the time of inspection
This service is intended to provide general guidance and professional opinion, not a guarantee of vehicle condition.

2. No Warranty or Guarantee
The inspection and report are provided “as-is” without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Future performance or reliability
ClearView Vehicle Inspections does not guarantee that all defects, issues, or future failures will be identified.

3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
ClearView Vehicle Inspections shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the inspection or report
Total liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for the inspection service
Client acknowledges that purchasing a used vehicle involves inherent risk.

4. Client Responsibility
The Client agrees:
To independently verify vehicle condition before purchase
That the inspection is only one factor in their buying decision
To obtain additional evaluations (e.g., mechanical, dealership, or specialist inspections) if desired

5. Access & Cooperation
Client is responsible for ensuring:
The inspector has safe and reasonable access to the vehicle
The seller or representative permits inspection and, if applicable, a road test
If access is restricted, the inspection may be limited and noted in the report.

6. Road Test
A road test will only be performed if conditions allow, including:
Seller permission
Legal and safe driving conditions
Proper registration and insurance
If a road test is not performed, this will be documented in the report.

7. Report Use & Distribution
The inspection report is prepared solely for the Client’s use
It may not be relied upon by third parties without written consent
The report reflects conditions only at the time of inspection

8. Payment & Refund Policy
Payment is due at least 2 hours prior to time of service
Fees are non-refundable once the inspection has been completed
If cancellation occurs before inspection, refunds may be issued at Company’s discretion (see frequently asked questions for further details).

9. Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability
Reasonable notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling
Missed appointments may be subject to a cancellation fee

10. Delays & Uncontrollable Conditions
ClearView Vehicle Inspections is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to:
Weather conditions
Seller unavailability
Vehicle location issues
Safety concerns

11. Indemnification
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless ClearView Vehicle Inspections from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Use of the inspection report
Purchase or non-purchase of the vehicle

12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
13. Acceptance of Terms
By scheduling or purchasing an inspection, Client acknowledges that they have:
Read and understood these Terms and Conditions
Agreed to be legally bound by them
